Zeca Oliveira
Zeca is Chief Executive Officer of BNY Mellon in Brazil. Currently, in the country, BNY Mellon has companies in the following business lines: Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Wealth Management, Corporate Governance and Corporate Trust. Under Mr. Oliveira’s management, all companies have excelled in providing the best service to its clients.
Under his management, BNY Mellon Serviços Financeiros has reached an impressive mark, thus becoming the 8th major asset servicing company in Brazil, having more than R$78.5 billion under its administration, providing fiduciary administration and controlling services, legal representation, as well as risk and compliance services for more than one thousand investment funds.
Mr. Oliveira has joined BNY Mellon in February/1998, undertaking the Group’s activities in Brazil, with direct participation in the development of every business line. He firstly acted as Director of the Group, being responsible for both administrative and financial areas of the Company.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Zeca worked for Banco Icatu, from 1989 to 1998.
Zeca Oliveira holds a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, and a post-graduation degree in Controlling and Accounting from FGV-RJ.
Alberto Elias Assayag Rocha
Managing Director of BNY Mellon Serviços Financieros, Alberto Elias has joined the company in 2008. Prior to joining BNY Mellon he was the CFO for Conspiração Filmes, the biggest independent film producing company in Brazil. He was also Head of BackOffice at Banco Opportunity, director of IG Finance and Technology Manager of Mellon Asset Management in Brazil. Alberto started his career as a telecom analyst at Banco Icatu.
Alberto Elias has a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from PUC-RJ as well as in Computer Network Management and Internet Technology from UFRJ.
Marcelo Pereira
Chief Financial Officer of BNY Mellon in Brazil, Marcelo started his career in the company in July 1999, and structured the areas of Compliance and Finance Control. Today, he is in charge of Human Resources and Finance Control, and member of the Executive Team of the Company.
Before joining BNY Mellon, he worked for 8 years as an Auditing Manager of KPMG Auditores Independentes.
Marcelo Pereira graduated from Universidade Cândido Mendes in Business Administration and Accounting, and has taken post-graduation courses in Stock Exchange, Futures, and Commodities Markets at Cândido Mendes as well.
Mauricio Graccho
Mauricio Graccho joined BNY Mellon Serviços Financeiros in September 2000 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer in Brazil. Previously, he acted at several institutions, such as Banco Icatu, Norsul, Triplik, Veplan Residência Empreendimentos & Construções, Banco Brascan, Intermarine do Brasil and First National City Bank.
Mauricio graduated in Economics from Cândido Mendes University.
