Receivables Funds (FIDCs – Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios) are addressed to investments on receivables and securities, arising from operations at the financial, commercial, industrial, commercial leasing and rendering of services business segments; and on commercial contracts of purchase and sales of products, goods and/or services for future delivery or rendering, as well as on securities or certificates which represent such contracts.

The operations of FIDCs under BNY Mellon's administration are submitted to rigorous monitoring processes, thus assuring the consent to laws and to the highest ethical and moral standards. The administrator is the funds legal representative before the regulatory authorities (CVM) or self-regulatory authorities (ANBIMA), and it undertakes all the obligations which arise from there and are described below:

- Breaches Control, considering funds’ assets and liability, before legislation and regulations
- Risk Control of the portfolio’s non-composed-by-receivables part
- Interface with the Controller (when being third party)
